KBHR 933.3 is the local radio and online news resource for the Big Bear Valley, in Big Bear Lake, CA. This site provides news updates 24/7, as local news breaks. The dynamic WordPress-based site allows the business owners and their DJs to both post and update news stories easily as events transpire. They can post news stories from their office or from anywhere with an internet connection and from either a PC or Mac computer. The website’s header art is updated seasonally, each season showing off some of the recreational activities and scenery that only this singular 4 season resort area for Southern California can offer. News articles are indexed & cross-indexed by related topics and sub-topics. Related advertising is displayed in the sidebar areas.
Mission Sands Property Management, in San Diego, CA was looking for an easy to update site for there property management division. They wanted clear samples and discristions for the areas that they serve and also an area to display long-term rentals. They also wanted some basic form submissions to save time with basic tasks and for lead generation. These things were also integrated into the website. Colorful graphics were also integrated into the site to show off San Diego’s unique appeal.
So Cal Homeland is a real estate listing database and so cal area informational resource. This site is in it’s beginning development and will only grow in valuable data as time progresses. Listings are indexed by their area, city, price range and unique features. Detailed information about community neighborhoods is another valuable tool that this site offers for prospective home buyers & sellers.
Big Bear Dreaming wanted site content & to be at the top of search for their desired keyword list right away. I added a lot of community content to their site that other agents in the areas didn’t have. I also placed them at the top of their desired keyword phrases right away through pay-per-click advertising campaigns. They are also able to update, add and remove property listing as the listings change.
Sweet Basil Bistro was looking for a site that reflect their restaurant in Big Bear Lake, CA. They serve casual gourmet Italian cuisine, so the site needed to have a casual feel, yet an elegant touch. We also optimized the site with various news feed options and a reader, for those with sight impairment or just prefer to have the website read the menu to them. The audio option can also be downloaded to your ipod or iphone to take the menu on the go.
